Uralisch is a more complex concept that means something like a phenotypic ideal as originally defined by Laag and Ymyyakhtakh. It can be found among the Uralic and Turkic peoples of Northeast Europe and West Siberia, but occasionally even in Australia (Bindi Irwin) or Hungary (Ágnes Hornyák). It is related to the concept of NEUP (Northeast European Upper Paleolithic) and to the Ladogan type, which Coon characterized as a type of Upper Paleolithic Northeast European forest dwellers. The Uralisch type is not only found among Uralids proper of West Siberia (Bunak's Uralid or "Ob subrace", Lundman's Obid), but it is also found among the Uralo-Turkic peoples of the Volga-Ural region (Bunak's sub-Uralid and sub-Laponid, Lundman's Volgid), and it is further found in Northern Russia and in the Finnic domain (Cheboksarov's White-Sea-Baltic type (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Беломоро-балтийская_раса)).

However perhaps the most Uralisch people of all are West Siberians, who are also the most typical representatives of the Uralid type as defined by Bunak. Khanty Larisa Milyakhova is basically the most Uralisch possible person:
