i think turkish people has mixed phenotypes, Turkish people has no special phenotype

Actually I don't know what do you mean by typical turkish.
I was in Marmaris only, but I saw people looking somehow different than him.
First time there I saw jet black eyes :).
Even though they are not suppose to exist in nature I red somewhere.

He can be Bulgarian, Romanian, italian, spanish. Why not ?

No, with short hair he passes as Bulgarian well, with longer hair he looks more generic South Euro and Turkish. He isn't too dark and Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania aren't in Scandinavia.

Well ...I get your point, but I don't know where do you live and how much have you been around different European countries- especially the Balkans and South Europe.
My first guess about this guy would have been Balkan.
Then I saw he is Turkish.
He fits well in Turkey of course.

But this part of Europe ain't the Baltics or Scandinavia:).

Basically, you can find a looot of different looks and any of it wouldn't be out of place.
