I wouldn't say that he looks "100% Spanish" (I think that there is some Native American influence, especially in the eye area) but at least he's in the Castizo range.
People in Spain probably wouldn't perceive him as foreign-looking. He scored 21% Central American on MyHeritage but it doesn't show that much in his phenotype.
