Afghans, but they can also pass among rural Iranians as well. They don't look as typical South Asians for me.

Mostly Dardic peoples, yes. I think there are some Pamiris in the region as well.

Very beautiful landscape,the people look east iranid, the men in the middle looks pseudo balkanic. They can pass to Iran and Afghanistan.
