Just found this picture casually and I would like to know how would you classify him since I know 1-2 Spanish that look 90% like him.

That would be: nordic + Borreby?

Does not he look Corded?

It is quite common over the nordic countries and other germanic peoples. Not so round but almost.

He looks more Scandinavian than Russian/Finnish. Two Swedish people who reminds me of him:

yes, Nordid+ Borreby (maybe even Tavastid)

nope does not Corded at all. and its not because he looks more Swedish than Russian (thats one thing i could not know to answer)- a phenotype is not about which he country someone passes best. Corded has elongated, craggy features, also in most cases dolicephalic- his face looks soft and infantil, also nose seems to be shorer/broader because of Borreby
