Slavic sounding names in general are very common in Hungary. Some of my cousins also have Slavic names.

Fixed!

North Pontid is Nordid+Pontid or Nordic Pontid.
East Nordid is Nordid+Baltid or Nordic Baltid.
Both types are common among Russians, but I think she's East Nordid.

There is nothing turanid in her.

Perhaps the excessive face height? And I'm not even kidding here, the Turkic samples from Central Asia and Siberia had taller faces than Europeans (measured from skulls) but since everybody here is just larping and does not care actual measurements, so who cares

Many ethnic Russians have ukrainian surnames because they have distant ukrainian ancestry.
She was born in Leningrad Oblast and speaks hungarian with an accent(she moved to Hungary at 16).
Apparently she's fully Russian by ancestry.

Nowadays not really and she moved to Hungary in 2004, 16 years ago.

East Nordids have higher faces than Skandonordids/ Hallstatt though

Nordic, her surname is Western Ukrainian in origin.

So she looks like a typical Western Ukrainian? What is the concentration of Baltiс and Nordiс in western Ukraine?

Sometimes used of Nordid (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss2.htm#NORDIC)/Corded (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#CORDED)-Pontid (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss2.htm#PONTID) intermediates, typical of e.g. the Ukrainian population.

East-Nordid

Etymology:
The name, coined by Lundman (https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?73486-quot-it-is-so-easy-that-a-six-year-old-girl-can-do-it-quot&p=6372266&viewfull=1#post6372266), derives either from the association of the type with eastern Europe, or from its eastern provenience in relation to the Hallstatt (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/rg-hallstatt.html) and Keltic Nordid (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/rg-keltic.htm) types.

Origins:
Stabilized blend of a dominant high-headed Corded (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#CORDED) element with less important eastern European gracilized (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#GRACILE) low-headed (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#CHAMAECEPHALIC) Cro-Magnoids (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#CRO-MAGNOID), the former of which is often resurgent in East-Nordid individuals. Other elements, e.g. Hallstatt Nordid, may have been involved, but they are secondary to the above-mentioned. For further speculation on the topic of Nordid origins, please review the main page of the Nordish Gallery (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/rg-main.htm).

Description:
The East-Nordid type is dolichocephalic (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#DOLICHOCEPHALIC), leptoprosopic (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#LEPTOPROSOPIC) and leptorrhine (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss1.htm#LEPTORRHINE), and similar in most features and measurements to the Hallstatt type, and there is considerable phenotypical overlap between the two. The main points of morphological departure involve the usually higher vault and forehead, and often more prominent (and sometimes convex) nasal skeleton, of the East-Nordid. These features, which are highly variable, are traits associated with a Corded morphology, and serve to illustrate the greater contribution of this highly specialized strain to the eastern variety, as contrasted with the Hallstatt and Keltic types (the latter of which is even characterized by a somewhat low and receding forehead). Body hair is not as strong as with the Hallstatt type, and the facial features are typically softer.

Geographical distribution:
Throughout western Russia and northeastern Europe. Transitional to the Pontid (https://www.theapricity.com/snpa/gloss2.htm#PONTID) Mediterranid type to the south, and intermediates are sometimes referred to as North-Pontid. East-Nordids or East-Nordid approximations are frequently seen as far north as Finland, where an early Neolithic Corded element is possibly more important than more recent Swedish-mediated Nordid influence (of the Hallstatt variety).

Nordid, looks eastern European. But not Corded, too gracile. She look Hallstatt but not Germanic to me.

Jana

Actually, Corded will fit when I look again, just more gracilized than typical.

I think the title is slightly misleading, because she is indeed a Hungarian player, but she was born in Russia, to Russian parents, hence ethnically she is Russian (possibly with some Ukrainian heritage). Her look is pretty foreign in Hungarian women, as she is a mix of West Baltid and North Pontid.
