I wouldn't guess the family as a group to be Spanish -- the eldest daughter, yes, and the chef himself in a couple of shots, but not in others because something about his eyes looks foreign to me.
The wife would pass in Spain, but I'd guess her as Italian first. The son would probably pass everywhere in South and Western Europe.
