Or it is only me who perceives him that way and he looks perfectly celto-germanic? Please classify and tell me your opinions.

It's common knowledge he's part Indonesian.
You can just google it and/or read his wikipedia (takes less time than creating a thread here). No offence intended.
From his wiki page:

He was born to a Dutch father and a mother born in colonial Indonesia,[27][28] whose background was mixed Dutch and Indonesian.[29][30]

He just looks quite Germanic really, most British people would see him as being from somewhere in central/northern Europe especially as his eye shape is not uncommon in Germany and Poland, i will say he is faelid and subnordid mainly.
