I am going to say number 4, the rest have that more western look that is associated more with Czechs.

All Czechs here would fit as Polish, and the Polish one could be Czech too, so I agree. There are Czechs that look out of place for Poland but it's a minority.

5 is the Polish one, his name is Krzysztof Kumorek, it's the mayor of the town Boguszów-Gorce (Lower Silesia).

To me he looks German, but your opinion also makes sense. :) His surname though is very Czech, Navratil.

It is 5, but 4 is not a bad guess as he would look neutral unlike #3 that has an alien look for Poland.
