Sub-Nordid + East Baltid.

There's an epicanthic fold and certain facial flatness.

There's an epicanthic fold and certain facial flatness.

Those aren’t necessarily East Baltid inspired.

Baltoid influence is there, as some examples I also posted, these are also present in the Iberian Peninsula altough atypical.

I seriously highly doubt that, but depends on what you mean by "Baltoid"

Looks Belgium/ French

The surname Cornet is typically French, is especially widespread in the North and Belgium (including Flanders) but is found sometimes in Spanish Catalonia too.
Might be the reason.

Many French and Catalan surnames are very similar. Anyway, I classify him as North Atlantid.

Galí Mother

The oldest data we have on the Galí surname is from the year 1358.
