LOL, actually she (the brunette) could pass in Spain with no problem.

She has got soft/fleshy features, and her pigmentation is nothing "out of this world" for Iberian standards.

No saying that she looks specifically Spanish because she is English, of course, but her look is not too foreign for Spain, and she could blend in among ethnic Spaniards fairly well if she doesn't open her mouth.

We tend to have a misconception that all english people are meant to be fair/light, there is a sizeable percentage of english people who are 100% english yet they might have darker features.

Nobody said they look Spanish. I just said the brunette one (and actually the blond too) have soft/fleshy features and are not "extraordinarily pale" for Iberian standards. Those British with soft/fleshy features not necessarily look Spanish, because they are British, but still could blend in in Spain with no problem. I lived in Spain and know far better about Spanish looks than you. Spaniards are not that "alien" as for being impossible that many British (those with soft/fleshy features and not extraordinarily pale) to blend in there if they stay shut. Does that mean that they look Spanish? NO, but they wouldn't look "too foreign" for Iberian standards and could blend in.

And I don't say this for "ego boost", but just to state facts. I don't give a shit about being related to your people, and Spaniards would never look you up, as if your people were "superior" or something. On the contrary, many Spaniards look down on your people, just saying.

PS: I myself have nothing against British, so I don't say this to offend British, but just to cut with the shit of Spaniards wanting to feel close to them to boost their ego, lol
