Do you see Southeast Asian/East Asian influence in me?

I'm Malaysian Indian so I'm mostly tamil+telugu with distant East/SE Asian and English. A few of my mum's relatives look Malay, but I always thought I looked fully Indian until a Kashmiri friend of mine said I look Indian+Malay :confused: Makes me wonder if Indian nationals are better at sussing out immigrant populations because we might look different? It's the same in Malaysia- when I see an Indian national I instantly know they're not Malaysian Indian.

You look Indian to me, but now that you tell me that you have this admix I can sort of see it. Although, I am not an expert on these populations, so take my words with a grain of salt (as with what anyone says on here, for that matter).
