Proto Nordid + Indo Nordid elements and second seems very Indo Nordid, among Kalash People you can find such looks

The only think making them look remotely exotic if at all is their clothing, put skin tight jeans and a hoodie on them, and they are white americans.

The film was shot by an Iranian director, but the plot is set in Tajikistan and the characters in the film speak Tajik, besides, the main actors are also Tajiks. These two girls play a cameo role (they are not in the credits), but I think that they are also Tajiks (Pamiris)

Since they are Tajiks, Indo Nordic is most likely to explain their phenotype. The first girl, also seems to have some Proto Nordid influence

The second girl has higher palpebral fissure height even though she has lower orbits. But she also has a narrower and less depressed nasal root.

Maybe low orbits isn't all that great for females, because it makes the eye area look more masculine. And people with a wider nasal root also tend to have higher supraorbital rims and a higher distance between the eyebrows and the eyes, like the first girl has compared to the second girl, and like Mongoloids have compared to Caucasoids.

Also at least for females, I think it's better to have a high distance from outer corner of eyebrow to inner corner of eye relative to distance from inner corner of eyebrow to outer corner of eye:

The second girl also has narrower eyebrows, so she has a shorter horizontal distance from the outer corner of the eyebrow to the outer corner of the eye.

People with a high distance between the outer point of the eyebrow to the outer corner of the eye also seem to have a higher distance between the eyebrows and the eyes:

I think the first girl also looks nicer because she has lower palpebral fissure width, and she has higher innercanthal distance relative to outercanthal distance. The ICD:OCD ratio is increased by a wide nasal root and by a low palpebral fissure width:
