The reason why I asked is because it seems she has some maltese ancestry but I am not sure if has some relation to Italy by that side apart it seems is not very recent.

She does look more Austrian- actually South German to be precise.

I don't know, maybe. She just looks "white American" more than anything to me, perhaps its that mixture of ethnicities which creates a unique look.
