With these groups the Hungarians look noticeably less med and more eastern Euro generally

To me some look quite passable in either nation, but some of the Hungarians look less likely to pass well or typically in Croatia.
Most Croats probably pass in Hungary but some look more typically Croat than Hungarian.

Many east and south east Euro's as an individual can pass in Hungary because Hungary has reasonably broad spectrum of looks but certain individual looks are less likely to be seen more broadly in groups of people in Hungary.
