He was American but of puerto-rican descent.
How do you see his phenotype?? Did he pass in your country / region?

In Colombia, yes. As for the UK, in some photos he might pass as a dark type, but in others he looks quadroon.

Exactly!! In some pics he has a sort of South-euro typical look like similar to Andy García, but in others he seems to be octoroonish/quadroonish type. ;)

Indeed if Tony Ramos would have a SSA residual would be very similar to this actor! :eek:

Yes lol he looks like Toni Ramos mainly in the last pictures.In the second pic he looks like a uncles of mine that id in the octoroon 12-10% SSA range.

He does not pass in my country, but he could pass in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, and possibly in Panama or Costa Rica.

In most photos he looks like a darker med but in the last couple of pictures he looks like he can pass in India.
