i think Coon was simply wrong this type came with Kelts. But otherwise Gota- Type is the basically local variant of North Atlantid/ Atlanto-Nordid etc. it isnt that wrong really

He actually made a few distinction between "Med" types but no between "Alpine-ish" types , while others did with Gorid for example- however i think everything that goes beyond the basic types is always difficult.

Personally I can't decipher whether she is just a white woman who is enhanced with make up/aesthetic, or if there is something else going on.
