i can see what Op means- its the mouth, chin area that reminds of some Scandinavian Samis. in this case it could be a recombiantion of one arhaic trait with a neutonous trait prducing such similarity, like Alpines having similarites with lappids in some characterstics as well (but more the globularity)

doubt it lol, but he could be some kind of Baltic person easily, more French from the North actually- Most South French display some kind of more enhanced Mediterranean or stronger Caucasoid feature- like eyes/ nose shape etc.
