Nah he looks fully Russian. You cannot reduce Russias of being just "slavs". They have a lot of influences.

Yes my friend, can be, I belive he looks like that for you, of course that's for everyone eyes everyone "looks" different, if not has some super stereotypical look. Lets now see for Russia, that's very big country, I am sure lot of individuals aren't "strange" there. He can be found there
