His forehead doesn't look very high anyway, Dinarids also have high and wide foreheads, (I'm not sure about Atlanto-Meds forehead size) his hair is dyed blonde and Atlanto-Med (and some Dinarids) also has angular features.

And? He doesn't look like a standard med. These descriptions could be of something else, another phenotype (the atlantid type), not a med one. He isn't a perfect dinarid, but he looks close enough (most people aren't purely their phenotype!). His forehead is long enough, and he looks very similar to the dinarid template:

Yes, I know he doesn't look like a standard Med (Atlanto-Med in this case), Atlantid is a mix of Meds with types of Nordids, Atlantid doesn't have a defined type of appearance since one type of Med or Nordid predominates in appearance, these traits I mentioned are of Atlanto-Meds not Gracile-Meds. I know most of them are not pure, but this guy looks very far from a Dinarid type, Dinarids are brachycephalic and have a flat occipital, the head also tends to be shorter if you compare it to Atlanto-Meds. The Morph guy has a wider forehead, a more prominent nose, and appears to have a narrower jaw, his face looks more like an inverted triangle.
