I had huge problem with my passport because at my birth certificate it says I don't have a nationalty.

It's like... Country: Croatia Nationality: ----

Any idea why?

If we marry, you have Türkish nationality. Greatest nation in the world, i would recommend.

A mistake probably on the document the one who filled it out forgot to write it down

Were you born before 1991? Than your nationality would be Yugoslav, but that is not recorded anymore since Yugoslavia fell apart.

You're citizen of Croatia and you know your parents (at least by paternal side) are Croats or people who consciously love Croatia as citizens - then you're Croat.

Yugoslavian nationality is cringe imo

We have both nationality and ethnicity in birth certificate. She perhaps means ethnicity which is "narodnost" in Croatian. Your parents are not obliged to write that down in your certificate. If you come from mixed marriage or your parents were politically Yugoslavs than usually such people have it blank in ethnicity column.

We don't have it as French, not everyone is automatically ethnic Croat with Cro passport. My ex who is half Croat and holds Cro passport only has Serb written under ethnicity on birth certificate.

Can't explain it than. Administarative mistake perhaps. By having Croatian birth certificate means you had Croatian nationality automatically.

what is the difference between drzavljanstvo and nacionalnost or is nacionalnost like narodnost and whats the difference between those 3 terms in croatia, i was born in serbia, in yugoslavia in 1983, i do not remember or im not aware that anything about race/ethnicity/narodnost is mentioned it seems croatia has that different then serbia eventhough i expected serbia to have that, because it is very multicultural with lots of minorities not everyone in serbia is a serb

nacionalnost = državljanstvo
narodnost = ethnicity
