My city is over 30% Mexican and I have never ever seen a Mexican that looks like him. Does anyone know his name ?

Because white mexicans have a high standard of living, while mexican immigrants in USA are mostly low class indios or mestizos.

Ok I see. Mexico does have Europeans that did not get mixed in with Aztec Indians.

White mexican are about 16% of the population, mostly of spanish, italian, french, english and slavic descents.

Its true. Mexico is white washed. Even the native Aztecs try to deny there heritage

My guess is he could fit in the more Western areas of continental Europe like France and Beneleux specifically, but mainly in France.

Creel is an English surname supposedly, but I am sure that only tells part of his story ancestrally.

Not just in Mexico, all Latin America suffers from this colonial mentality. Western standards of beauty are applied almost with cruelty down here.
