She looks like both since some Palestinians could pass for South European (mainly Cypriot, Greek, Maltese, Sicilian and South Italian).

Some occasional Bulgarians for Near Eastern (mainly Turkish).

To answer the question, She looks more European. Although, there are some Palestinians who can pass in South Europe.

What do you guys mean by Palestinian look? Has there ever been a "Palestinian look"?

If you mean Cannanite - Levantine look, than most of the Arabic speakers of Palestine do not have that look. Only the Christian Arabs/Arameans Have this look (with some European mixture), and they are like 15-20% of the Arabic speaking population.

Many Arabs of the region are immigrants from Egypt,Transjordan/Saudi Arabia and Syria mostly, and their looks match those places. Prior to 1948 the Arabs of "el sham" moved from one place to another quite freely (as the British documented). The Majority are dark with some SSA mixture, and pass well as Egyptians, Saudis, Jordanians, etc.

-Numbers 1,5,10,11 are Christians, and they have non Arabid/Egyptian ancestry (as you can note yourself, number 1 Ayman Uda could pass as Greek IMO).

-Number 4 Ahmed Tibi is from the Famous Syrian Tibi family from Damascus. Funnily, at his home town of Taibe, they are considered foreigners by the core population. The reason is, that most of the citizens forefathers immigrated to Taibe from Egypt and Jordan/Saudi Arabia during the 18th and 19th century, while the Tibi family are much more recent, they arrived during the 20th century, apparently the 1940's. The Syrians are usually distinguishable from the Saudis/Egyptians.
