I agree with a slight Keltic Nordid influence, but I think personally that his face is too wide to be Keltic Nordid. Maybe Borreby influence?

I'll go opposite of my first guess, Udmurt, and say Spanish, from Northern Spain.

His eyes look Slavic/Russian, but his mouth/chin could be Spanish.

I give up, what is his ethnicity?
