She's actually not half and half.. her mom is half Irish half Italian, and her dad just Irish. I think her mom looks more Irish too, but she is darker in coloring due to her Italian part.

The sister looks Western European too, not Italian.

Yes lots of Irish people have dark hair but dark skin, no!
The Edge and Pierce Brosnan don't have dark skin and Colin Farrell does have "darker" skin than most Irish people and he's definitely not representative at all. Darker med skin in Ireland is rare!
