I have been told by a number of people that I could fit into Poland and Belarus.

What are characteristics of Belarusians and the Polish?

The Belarussians do look different to the Poles although I cannot pinpoint it. I'm just trying to figure out now how I look?

The difference is not too big IMO. Both look very slavic indeed.
The Poles tend to have a bit more Pontid influence.

These Poles aren't typical for Poland at all. If I didn't know Robert Kubica's ancestry, I'd guess him to be Balkanoid.
