He says he claims to be mexican descent...though I doubt he is just mestizo

No.

He could be an atypically Asian looking Mexican.. they do exist. But there are two certain things;

1) He looks Asian/Mongoloid
2) He does not look Iberian

he doesnt seem to look mongoloid to me or just mongoloid...mongoloids tend to have flat faces...or close to it

his deepset eyes says he most likely has australoid admixture(he has a primitive look to him)...are you telling me if you put him in North Korea he can blend in easy??

He looks SOUTHEAST Asian, i.e. Filipino, Indonesian, Malaysian, Cambodian, mixed with European.

No, He wouldn't fit in Korea, he is a flat nosed, oddly face shaped, high cheekboned Filipino. I've seen much more Mongoloid inspired Mexicans with some facial hair atleast, tho he has none, he looks stereotipical South-East asian to me.

there are some ethnics in the Philippines who do look more typical mongoloid...Southeast Asia as a whole look more mongoloid inspired then mexicans...Vietnam for instance

but besides that,,,,do you agree that he most likely has high amount of negrito-australoid in him...which makes him appear less mongoloid looking??
he claims he can blend in Mexico as well..

facial feature wise he looks much closer to this australian aboriginal man then to a mongoloid
