Ok, I believe she is still within the Southern European range. But seriously, it really looks that there is something foreigner about her, but as some people have already said here, she is Sardinian, and they are indeed a very unique ethnic group. I guess she is East-Med+Dinarid.

Caterina Murino has strong dinarid features, her phenotypes are more common in Italian peninsula than in Sardinia imo.
