It's not. The face is softer, fatter, less drawn, less robust, lacks sharpness, far too short (both upper-face, mid-face and lower-face are rather short), broader, etc., weaker chin. The Dinarid influences are the nose, forehead and probably eyebrows. Alpinid/Alpinoids are rather common among Serbs.
