What is a greek chin? I think for me she looks something dinarid; I have alot of dinarid friends and all of them are italian and they have a similar chin

She is actually Portuguese.
She is actually Portuguese.
Oh really?
she looks American by her expression of naive optimism.
Also the backdrop sounds American.

Marie Lacertosa. This surname certainly isn't portuguese and i really don't know how someone can take this website and somehow pretend that this person is portuguese.

What would that surname be? It doesn't sound Italian either so maybe she is Hispanic of some type?
But yeah, I guess she isn't Portuguese. And the person on Anthroscape said she's a school principal..

I think it's one of those exclusively new world surnames, thus of difficult origin. I just can assure you it's not portuguese.

Either way what it shows is people on Anthroscape probably post people claiming they are of one origin but are just randomly chosen and of another.
La Certosa in Italian means The Charter-House.

how does her English sound?
I can't really decide between Portuguse-American or Greek-American.

Well if she is Italian American it makes more sense why people would think she looked Greek than if she were Portuguese American.

I never seen a Portuguese like her. Portuguese women are generally more good-looking xD
