You picked very ambiguous people who don't look really distinctly either ethnicity.

But I can say with almost certainty that #2 and #6 are both Portuguese, and #1 and #5 are Sicilian.

#3 you can't see her face so I'm not going to guess, and #4 could go either way. I'll say #3 is Sicilian and #4 Portuguese.
