Noric with significant Cromagnoid (Faelid) I suppose. Can't tell if he's naturally light blond or bleached.

has more or less an unharmonious face

Not the first time I found this type of mug among Germans of his region... Must be more common over there. Dinaricized, but pred. Faelid.

Perhaps it is due to the the geographical position of the Rhineland,
neither North nor South German

Noric. Would pass as a regular in south and west Germany, and parts of Netherlands. Side note the very very light shade of blond looks more northern, light brown and darker blond is more common in the south(I feel the north has more hair color variation).

He looks extremely south German even more so without the bleached hair.

If you go by the picture posted by the above member without the bleached hair, his head doesn't appear large enough to be faelid. He is also very ectomorphic, and also long faced. To me he would either be Keltic Nordic or Noric, depending on how long his skull is.
