I guarantee you they are not Turks. They couldn't pass in my country (except few individuals among them).

Slovenian Gypsies. But I cheated, I googled Laško beer.

But I honestly thought they were Balkan gypsies.

Yes, they are Gypsies from my hometown.

I think they produce some phenotypes that seem confusing to place, especially when in groups. I posted them because I was wondering in which country they would fit best, if in any. Perhaps for them as a group, the first suggestion (Azerbaijan) would be quite a reasonable fit?

As a group, they seem much lighter than our gypsies, but most still keep their non-European features.

Interesting, how long have gypsies been living in Europe for? For what reason did they come, and how?
