I'll need more and clearer (and from different angles, profile, 3/4 etc) pictures of your father to determine if he's turanid influenced or not (maybe I've mistaken turanid for borreby). His eyes seem to be on the smaller side but he lacks the epicanthic fold (or so it seems). One thing that I'm sure of is that he's predominantly Pontid (gracile type). Are the people in the pictures that you added related to your father ?
The last picture (group picture) is too small and I can't see their faces therefore I can't give you an accurate classification.
