First are from Western Thrace, second from Crete.

I think so. Anything darker than that, and dandelion tells me I have posted people unrepresentative.

Both aren't summer pics obviously, so they aren't tanned. They seem ok, except the ginger boy on the second pic who looks like Rooney.

No way.

There are indeed Levantines with this kind of pigmentation and hair colour (Maronite Christians mainly); but even still all of these people (with the exception of maybe 2) lack the lip, eye and nose shape of an East-Med population.
