I've known some dominican women that are fairly attractive. Prettier than those examples anyways. I don't think the woman in the OP looks dominican though. It's hard to tell with the makeup etc but is she Algerian?

Answer: She is Sicilian. She has a relatively common surname too. She reminds me a bit of Francesca Chillemi, and is from the same province as her too.
