They look Palestinian or Egyptian, but I know that they are not.

I already know the answer, but this isn't easy at all IMO.

I think if you said they were European, you'd have to limit it to a few places and would get it, but people would be guessing them from any MENA country before any European country, they don't even look Cypriot.

The first one could possibly be southern Italian, possibly mixed with MENA. The bearded guy looks Lebanese or something

They look very north African, like Moroccan or something. Especially the second one, he looks part black.

I know someone who looks like the first guy, actually. The second one could pass as a Mizrahi Jew or any kind of Levantine really.

They look southern italian for me , i have ever been in Napoli and usually its difficult to make the difference between a north african immigrant and a italian.
