No indeed. But I think that there are darker types also in Germany (I lived in Stuttgart for 5 years and Munich for 1) even in N.Germany. Of course less than in Italy or Spain, still you can find people with olive skin, but with more teutonic/strong traits like this guy. That's what I observed. Correct me if I am wrong, since you are german.
