New World Black Mulattos. If they're all from the same Caucasoid ethnicity, I have no idea what it is.

They are Cape Verdean. I think they look like Dominicans and mixed Brazilians.

If by "European" you mean Cypriot, Maltese, far south Italian and maybe Albanian then they look more European than African (like proper Congolese negroids).
