Would not stand out in Estonia (as in she doesnt have any particular features that are not present in avergae Estonians. If she told me shes Estonian id be like "Oh... ok" ) however she isnt really Estonian looking as in if I saw her somewhere abroad I would not think shes Estonian. (Sometimes you look at someone and you have a feeling they are from your country or from somewhere close)

Nordopontid-Alpinoid. Looks more Southern Albanian than she does Northern Albanian.
Mino is a Tosk surname but not sure it's Epirotan.
Isn't Mino a surname of the Greek minority in Southern Albania?

Not really.
Not really.
Is it Tosk? Anyway Mino(s) (Μίνως?) seems to be linguistically Greek.

Her family apparently is from Korça area, south east, it's just an Orthodox surname not Greek at all, the Greek minority is limited to the borders, for example we have also the surname Marinaj in NW but it has nothing to do with Italians, it's more connected to Catholic faith, pretty much many surnames are connected in some way to past religions though of no importance today.

Right, I knew that there some Albanian surnames similar to Italians, but they have nothing to do with. As you said, in Northern West Albania it's related to Catholic faith, to Latin words and to a Venetian influence.
But Korça area, according to many neutral studies, is inhabited also by Greek minority.

"Albania’s ethnic Greek minority constitutes a linguistic, cultural and religiously distinct minority, the majority of which live south of a line running roughly from the Adriatic port of Vlore to the eastern town of Korce, with a particular concentration in the Drin Valley."

Thats a generalization, bollocks pretty much.
Real Greeks live in the southern Dropull region of Gjirokaster and some in the coastal cities in the are of Himara and Dhermi, nowhere else, especially no in Korça except some individual cases, in fact even from the coastal area the ones that declare as Greeks do that for monetary reasons (Receiving pensions from Greek state)

Minos/Μίνως sounds hardly an Orthodox name, source?
I only know this Minos and some fisrt/last names in Greece.

That's a serious study, most of neutral sources stated just the same. You know there are lots of conflicts between Albania and Greece about this. Albanians tend to downplay and deny the presence of the Greeks, while Greeks tend to exaggerate it.

Mino might mean something else in albanian
it's just 2 syllables after all
Otherwise, she is either part Greek or from a noble philhellene family.

According to "Neutral sources" seems where i live and my family origins area are full of Greeks when it's not exactly the case, even remotely in fact, according to last Census Greeks constituted 0.9% of the population.

Albanian official census is probably not a neutral source, in my very humble opinion.
Anyway, I've been searching for a long time: is there any Albanian study on Albanian surnames?

There's information about Northern Surnames mostly but it's information in Albanian language, not much about Tosks at all.

She's not Greek, she doesn't even look remotely Greek... Pure Tosk, most likely of mixed Cham/Lab descent, they're considered ''Turks'' by Greeks even if they're light years lighter than them, like the girl posted.
She's Dinarid-North Pontid & slight borreby.
