I think she is Pan-Med, she has blue eyes and i think she dyed her hair.

She is extremely atypical in Egypt, since Aryan-influenced types should not exist there...

In coastal cities (mainly), i'dn't say she is atypical. However you can't find her type in Middle and Southern parts of Egypt.
