She looks quite Pan-North Euro to me/ doesn't strike me as distinctly Finnish looking.

Exactly. People just have tendency to see something "eastern" if they know that the person in question is a Finn. If she's East Nordid, then E.Nordid is more common in Scandinavia than Halstatt Nordid. What's also interesting is, that she's East Finn, who according to anthropologists should be East Baltic. ;)
