Bulgarians and Russians are ethnically related. Also Bulgaria was a former Soviet holiday resort.

And much more to Germans than to Arabs and much more to Arabs than to Khoisans. But if we don't count other Balkan people and maybe Ukrainians, Bulgarians aren't significantly related to anyone.
