My background is Welsh, German and one of my great great grandparents was from France.

The Med must be from my traces of French background (maternal side) and Welsh. My German great-grandfather though was quite Alpinid so you're definitely right.

Meds can be found all over Europe and beyond, same with Alpines. An abundance of Meds are in the British Isles also and even some among Germans and of coarse among the French.

I get Atlanto-Med a lot from people into this and my Anthro professor thought the same.

@Vanilla Face: I've heard that in the Bavaria region there are some Med types but not too many elsewhere in Germany.

Don't forget about Swabians/Southwest Germans.
