Arabids are the most Gracile among all Caucosoids. What they get confused for however are armenoids, east meds, and asiatic alpinids. This guy certainly isnt Arabid, not is he Pamrid. Some people from Afghanista, Pakistan and northern India have been known to put on the eyeliners. This usually gives them the "mongoloid look".

As for the guy's classification, I would say Eastern Iranid with some Nord Indid blend.
