I've done 23andMe autosomal.
Is it worth to go after Y111@FTDNA also, if I get smaller package can I upgrade to Y111?
What can I eventually discover with Y111?
Cheers?

Basically Y chromosome gives you a comparative studies with other people who made a test. For this reason first of all look for your haplogroup project or national project of Balkans for people who already made a test.
If no one made a Y111 yet or even a Y67 then this amount of markers wont be necessarily at present time.
In general Y chromosome heavily used in scientific studies and if you actually want to study you genealogy scientifically then go for this test. But first of all you should find an articles on your haplogroup to get essential information from future data or at least to find a person who could. Try to contact your project administrator for this purposes.
Talking of STRs, not only a FTDNA database have tested people in it, other DNA databases may have tested people as well. In addition matching markers can be published in scientific papers and you can get them from here too.
Talking of SNPs, this test is precise enough to establish your subclade, but it can be done only in case a person who understand your haplogroup well would figure out your terminal SNP. For this purpose you need a good guidance at this business. It can be a project administrator or genetic scientist.
Further having your SNP position you can estimate your TMRCA with other people on haplogroup tree like Yfull. In this way you can actually trace when exactly in time your paternal ancestry separated from others.
All information described above you can get more precisely by ordering a Big-Y test or full genome sequence later.
But first of all you should do it only in case you aware of the results you will obtain and you can get a proper sensible information of it.
First of all if you desire to study your Y genealogy in detail then I recommend firstly to spend this money on your relatives in family who have other distinct Y ancestry apart from yours. People who can die in a decade are the most essential, because after you cant get an Y from them, it will be lost permanently. In this case your own Y ancestry you can study anytime you want during your lifetime without any difficulties.
I would rather go for Y37
Indeed Y37 test will be enough for the first time.
In case you need more then you can always order an update up to Y111, but do it only if you can make sense from the data. It will be pointless otherwise.
