What belt are you in BJJ ?
do you compete or have you competed ?
in your oppinion , is the later end of 40's too old to start BJJ. (I was an amateur boxer in my youth but I know these are 2 very different sports)
whats your advice for BJJ beginners or white belts, any training hacks that can expediate the learning process ?

The problem with a lot of BJJ classes is they don't do reps unlike in wrestling. To get good at something you need to do it over and over again. In BJJ classes you do it for a few times and then it's play time. I would suggest training with a friend during your free time (best someone from class).Quote:

I don't believe in ETs but won't pretend I know for sure 100%. What I do know is most UFO stories can be explained. Some of the stories are from people who witnessed new Air Force tech out in Utah and believed it was ET. Behind the scenes, the military reinforced this belief (to fool the Soviets).
I don't follow it too deeply. I do find it odd that now talk of ETs is normalized in the mainstream media. Years ago the media would mock the idea.Quote:
