Russia is a big country so of course it has contributed a lot to the world, but is it really Western? And how do Serbia and Romania differ so much from Bulgaria, Belarus and Ukraine?

Why Serbia, Romania and even Russia but not Belarus, Ukraine and Bulgaria? And what about Israel, which I just added?

As a whole they would fit better in Colombia, Venezuela, PR, Cuba and even among the lightest 15-20% or so of Dominicans than in Spain.

Indeed, shopping malls and skyscrapers are more of a feature in much of Latin America than in most of Europe. (But the point is they are in much of the Middle East and East Asia too).

Czechs are maybe a little blonder, but would be similar in eye colour and skin colour to the Welsh.

I have met some quite dark Welsh people, but to claim they are no lighter than Turks is one of the most OWD things I have ever heard!

Welsh and Southwestern English are a little darker than other Britons, though it can sometimes be exaggerated.
