Only for those that don't have to experience it. The others are of different opinions. That by the way is one reason why Germans aren't very fond of wars anymore. Most nowadays havent seen it, but there was that much horror that this feeling was transferred to the next generations.

These things are very difficulty to compare and I think one shouldn't even try, however, both, what was emanating from and reverting to German territories - started from the 30 Years War - is quite incomparable as far as I see.
