Default New Russian study about Finnish ancestry in Russia

Yesterday I promised to show this. Here we see that Russian ethnic groups show remarkable Finnish ancestry. Actually the northwestern Russians show highest values. Unfortunately we have not here other European than CEU and GBR and we can't see the borderline between Finnish and other European ancestries in Russia, but CEU (northwerstern Europe) and GBR ancestries are below the Finnish one. . The most informative picture is named as "Hierarchical clustering of the Russian cohort with 1000 Genomes subpopulations with respect to the sharing of IBD regions". It shows shared IBD statistics between populations.

There are many inaccuracies, to list some:

    - admixture analyses suffers from too few populations, which isn't a case in the shared IBD analysis.
    - AMR native Americans are not natives, but mixed groups (mixed European, African and NA)
    - as usually in Russian talk words Finnish and Finno-Ugric mean in many cases same things.
    - population bottle neck analysis gives a Finnish average value, 1200 ybp. In fact the Finns have two subsequent bottle necks, one 1800 ybp and another 500 ybp, the average being around 1200 ybp. The older one corresponds to the primary time, the second one the Finnish-Karelian northwestern migration 500 ybp.

    Edit

Interestingly the Russians share less ancestry with Europeans. Unfortunately we don't see east european references. We don't see common Slavic ancestry without Slavic references.
